ALL VEHICLES ARE PARKED AT THE PARKERS SOLE RISK
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARKING FOR THE BENEFIT OF AIRPORTS COMPANY SOUTH AFRICA (PTY) LTD, THEIR EMPLOYERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS
(COLLECTIVELY CALLED "ACSA")

1. All vehicles and persons entering the car park are subject to these terms and conditions.
2. ACSA, its employees, directors and agents shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, or damage to any vehicle or any article inside the vehicle whilst it is on the premises. The vehicle is accordingly parked solely at the parker's risk.
3. ACSA, its employees, directors and agents are indemnified from claims by any third party in respect of any loss damage, injury or harm to any vehicle or any article in it or any injury to or death of any person in each case, whether resulting from ACSA's negligence or from any other cause whatsoever, and against all loss, expense, cost or damage.
4. No person is allowed to enter the premises with the intention of conducting any activities other than parking of a vehicle. No illegal activities may be conducted on the premises including, but not limited to, touting.
5. The fee for parking any vehicle is determined by the tariff displayed at the entrance to the car park. Any person parking a vehicle shall be bound by the tariffs displayed in that particular car park.
6. ACSA remains entitled to refuse to allow any vehicle to be removed from the premises if its driver fails to produce a valid and paid for parking ticket. The parking fee accumulated is payable for as long as that vehicle remains in the car park.
7. ACSA shall be entitled at its discretion to allow any vehicle for which no parking ticket is produced to exit the premises and shall have no liability as a result of doing so.
8. ACSA is entitled to move or drive any vehicle whilst in the car park, despite any demand or request to the contrary.
9. ACSA has a lien over any vehicle parked on the premises until all amounts owing in respect of it have been paid in full.
10. ACSA, its employees, directors and agents shall not be liable for any article left for safe custody by the parker and ACSA's employees have no authority to accept any article for safe custody.
11. ACSA may at its sole discretion cause any vehicle to be driven, towed, relocated or otherwise removed from the car park to any place of their choice. The parker shall be liable for any cost incurred by ACSA in doing so and the vehicle will be removed, towed, driven and stored solely at the parker's risk.
12. Any vehicle left for a period longer than 6 (six) months as determined by ACSA, shall be deemed as abandoned and may result in the vehicle being relocated. In the event of a vehicle being deemed abandoned and an owner not being able to be located to pay the outstanding fees and reclaim their vehicle within a reasonable time thereafter, ACSA shall dispose of the vehicle to recover the costs associated with the accumulated parking fees and all associated costs borne by ACSA during the process.
13. No indulgence granted by ACSA or its employees to any parker shall constitute a waiver of any of its rights.
